Due to the sensitive nature and handling requirements of our research products, all sales are final. Inspired Labs does not accept returns or exchanges except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, you must contact us at [email protected]:
- Before processing or shipment
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled or modified
- Orders already in processing may not be eligible for cancellation
Limited Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are granted only under the following conditions and at the sole discretion of Inspired Labs:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
- Must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- Clear photo evidence required (product + packaging)
- Resolution: replacement or refund, based on availability
2. Incorrect Item Received
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Resolution: replacement, or refund if unavailable
3. Product Not as Described
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Supporting documentation may be required
- Resolution may include:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (case-dependent)
Non-Eligible Claims (No Exceptions)
The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer (product, quantity, or address)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Carrier delays where the package is successfully delivered
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Claims submitted after 7 days from confirmed delivery
Return Requirements (If Approved)
If a return is authorized:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return authorization is required prior to shipment
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Inspired Labs, you agree to:
- Contact us first to resolve any issue
- Allow us the opportunity to provide a resolution before filing a dispute
Please note:
- Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in account suspension
- Inspired Labs reserves the right to contest all disputes with:
- Order confirmation records
- Delivery confirmation
- This policy agreement
How to Submit a Claim
All claims must be submitted to: [email protected]
Include the following:
- Order number
- Full name used at checkout
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence (if applicable)
Incomplete submissions may result in delays or denial of the claim.
Processing Time
- Claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your payment provider
